Martin is a project and development manager responsible for the design and delivery of Beckon Capitals property and built environment projects.
As a professional project and development manager and registered architect, Martin has developed strong project capability and experience across many sectors throughout the complete project lifecycle, with his industry experience including health, education, sport and recreation, retail, residential and cultural projects.
Martin enjoys engaging with, collaborating and delivering projects for a diverse set of stakeholders and the community, through leveraging the skills and capability of multi-disciplinary design teams. He has the capacity to analyse and critically assess problems and is a spatial problem solver who is effective at planning, communicating and coordinating design solutions that add qualitative and quantitative value that align with Beckon Capitals core principles of projects that achieve social, cultural and sustainable benefit and design excellence.
Martin holds a BSc Honours in Architectural Studies and a Post Graduate Diploma in Advanced Architectural Design and Urban Design from the University of Strathclyde, Scotland, an Advanced Diploma in Professional Practice in Architecture from the University of Hong Kong and completed a year of study at the University of Seville, Spain. Martin is a chartered architect with the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) and Royal Incorporation of Architects (RIAS) and is registered under the UK Architects Registration Board (ARB).
